The 30 Day Whitening Guide is actually very simple. Once you’ve got the materials above, use them according to the steps listed below.

Days 1-5

For the first five days, use the Rembrandt Premium Whitening Mint Toothpaste at least twice a day (morning and night) and a third time (after lunch), if possible. In addition to the toothpaste, use the Listerine Antiseptic Mouthwash in the morning and again before bed. Days 1-5 are simply to prepare your teeth to be whitened and ensure that your teeth and gums are clean and healthy.

Days 6-15

The treatment will require you to apply the strips to the top and bottom of your teeth for thirty minutes, twice a day for ten consecutive days.
